Kelsey - Patient Care Coordinator/Massage Practitioner LMP
Kelsey was first to join Dr. Svino's team in 2004 when the practice first opened. She has evolved into a patient advocate in her role as Patient Care Coordinator. Kelsey is dedicated to making sure each patient understands treatment and feels at ease. She loves being apart of a team that helps patients live healthier lifestyles with beautiful smiles. Kelsey has been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2003. She empathizes with those who experience anxiety about dental treatment and she is gladly available for hand massages during anesthetic delivery.
A Pacific Northwest Native, Kelsey enjoys vacationing with family, reading and photography. She lives in Bothell with her husband Ben and her rambunctious Labrador Charlie.
Shandi - Financial Coordinator/Dental Assistant, RDA
Shandi has been involved in many different aspects of the dental industry for over 10 years. She enjoys her progressive role as Financial Coordinator and Clinical Assistant. Whether it is in the front office or back treatment rooms she has excelled at any task handed to her. A jack of all trades is what we call her. Her kind demeanor makes her relate to patients and puts them at ease.
Living in West Seattle with her husband Chad, shandi enjoys being outdoors playing sports, spending time with her family and friends and traveling as much as possible.
